Five Common Sports Injuries (and how to avoid!)

FREE and RECORDED. This webinar is at a special time: 12 noon Pacific.

We all know the importance of exercise as we age, but how can we stay safe and injury-free? In this Wellness Wednesday webinar, Dr. Allan Mishra, a Stanford orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine expert, will share the five most common injuries he sees in his patients. He will also discuss how to avoid them in the context of playing sports like pickleball or tennis.

Dr. Mishra’s approach to caring for his patients is holistic. This approach is closely tied to his scientific investigation of vitality and performance. He publishes this work online on the Vitality Explorer Substack site and produces a weekly podcast,  Vitality Explorer Podcast. He has also authored a book on the topic:  Dare to Be Vital: Your Blueprint for a Vibrant Life.

This work has led to him teaching the first-ever Vitality & Performance Optimization course at Stanford Medical School.
