Corey Rovzar, PhD, DPT, is a physical activity researcher at Stanford University and a physical therapist with expertise in movement optimization and health behavior change. Her research focuses on developing evidence-based digital interventions to improve physical activity, movement quality, physical performance, and healthy aging. She is especially interested in scalable strategies that empower individuals to manage musculoskeletal health and enhance physical function through exercise and technologies that enable remote assessment of physical performance. Drawing on both clinical and research experience, Dr. Rovzar is passionate about translating science into practical tools that support long-term mobility and help people continue doing the activities they value most.
