You will focus on a specific change you’d like to make—for example, a habit related to eating, sleep, or exercise. As part of a community, you’ll share your progress and hold each other accountable.

  • The Healthy Habits Network is a small group coaching program designed to help you make positive, lasting change.

  • When it comes to being healthier, we know many of the right things to do…but doing them consistently is hard. The Healthy Habits Network help you improve your health and well-being by making small, incremental changes with the support of others who are on a similar journey. Research shows that the most powerful way to make lasting change is through the support of a community – even a community of just two people.

  • This program is designed for anyone who wants to make positive change in their life and who is committed to taking steps to do that.

  • We meet as a group for 30 minutes each week. We also do one check in via email, so responding to that may take 5 minutes or so.

    You subscribe monthly, which auto-renews each month. You can cancel at any time.

    To get the best results, it’s good to plan for a three month commitment.

  • To get started, you’ll meet with Sally via Zoom to discuss your specific goals for participating in the Healthy Habits Network. Then you’ll join one of the groups based upon your goals and interests. Each group consists of about 4-5 people, and new groups are forming all the time.

    We meet weekly via Zoom at a set time that is convenient for the whole group. Meetings last 30 minutes.

    At the start of each month, participants share an intention that they want to work on for the month. These may, for example, be related to eating habits, exercise, sleep, or handling stress. Each person also shares a specific action they plan to take to support that intention. The next week we “report back” honestly and candidly, sharing the ups and downs. This isn’t about perfection…it’s about progress over time.

    We also do a mid-week check-in via email.

    By setting an intention with the group and then reporting back, you’ll feel a sense of accountability, which is a powerful motivator for change. You’ll also experience a tremendous sense of support from the other participants, and you’ll learn from one another. We have found that participants are genuinely interested in one another’s success (and supportive of the times when things didn’t just work as planned!)

  • No, they are not. The real benefit of HHN is the real-time support and learning from the other group members. We have found that watching a recording just isn’t that helpful.

  • That’s okay! Everyone misses a meeting from time to time. You’ll just participate through an email check-in.

  • Maybe. Maybe not. This isn’t a weight loss program! However, if your goal is to improve your eating and exercise habit, HHN will help you.
