This three-part class on April 18, April 25, and May 2, from 12-1:15 pm PT, is offered through Stanford University’s BeWell Program. While “eat this, not that” advice abounds on the Internet, this class is based upon current scientific research related to nutrition and healthy aging. We will explore macronutrients, micronutrients, and supplements, helping to separate fact from urban legend. Walk away with confirmation of what you already do well to support healthy aging and a few ways to improve your diet so you can avoid disease risk and look and feel your best at any age. (Live class only, not recorded.) Open to the community.
