Something about travel gently nudges us out of our routines...and into ourselves.
On a recent trip to Sedona, my husband and I hiked the red rocks, followed trails that felt just a little daring, sipped prickly pear iced tea, and—most importantly—paused long enough to simply take it all in.
A good reminder that health isn’t only built in our daily habits, but in moments that pull us out of the everyday.
